4. Product Images

Images uploaded on TradoForces should accurately represent the listed product.

• Upload only images you own or are authorized to use.
• Avoid watermarks from other marketplaces.
• Do not upload misleading or edited images.
• Do not include contact details inside images.

5. Product Descriptions

Descriptions should provide genuine information regarding the product.

Do not use exaggerated claims such as:

• "Cheapest on Earth"
• "Unlimited Stock Forever"

Descriptions should remain factual, professional and business-oriented.

6. Prohibited Products

Duplicate listings may be merged, hidden or removed by TradoForces.

10. Product Approval Process

• Maintain required certifications where applicable.

• Inform buyers of any significant changes before dispatch.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

Suppliers must only upload content that they own or have permission to use.

• Do not copy product descriptions from other websites.
• Do not use copyrighted images without authorization.
• Respect trademarks, patents and brand ownership.
• Avoid listing counterfeit or imitation products.

TradoForces reserves the right to remove listings that infringe intellectual property rights.

14. Listing Removal & Suspension

TradoForces may edit, reject, suspend or permanently remove any listing that violates this Product Posting Policy.

Reasons for removal may include:

• Duplicate listings.
• Prohibited or restricted products.
• Poor quality images.
• Copyright infringement.
• Repeated buyer complaints.

Repeated policy violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the supplier account.

• Follow all applicable trade regulations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.

Suppliers remain solely responsible for all products, services and information published through their accounts.
